With over 20 years of dance experience, I am thrilled to be a part of the Impact Dance and Physical Therapy team, where I can continue contributing to the industry by supporting artistic athletes in their rehabilitation and injury prevention efforts. My journey began as a competitive dancer, where I participated in both studio and high school dance teams. I then went on to be a member of the competitive Club Dance Team and the Division I Cheer Team at the University of Oregon. Additionally, I had the honor of performing as a professional NBA dancer for the Portland Trail Blazers. I later pursued my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University, and have since been practicing as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist in the San Diego area.
My mission is to leverage my extensive background in both dance and physical therapy to help artistic athletes recover from injuries, minimize the risk of future injuries, and ultimately achieve their fullest potential.
